Welcome to Cross View’s Early Childhood Center
At Cross View Lutheran Church Early Childhood Center, children are welcomed into a safe, joyful, and Christ-centered environment where they can learn, play, explore, and grow. Serving children ages 6 weeks through 5 years, our year-round early childhood program is designed to nurture every aspect of a child’s development—socially, creatively, spiritually, intellectually, and physically.
As a ministry of Cross View Lutheran Church, we believe every child is a unique creation of God. Our caring teachers create meaningful learning experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, kindness, and faith. Through loving relationships, hands-on exploration, and age-appropriate learning, children experience the joy of discovery while building a strong foundation for life.

Learn More About the ECC
Faith is woven into every part of the day at Cross View ECC. Children hear about the love of Jesus through daily Bible stories, prayers, Christian songs, weekly chapel, and caring interactions with teachers and classmates. Our mission is simple and meaningful: Growing loving followers of Christ through early care and education.
Inspired by Jesus’ words, “Let the little children come to me,” we strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where children and families feel supported, encouraged, and valued.
We believe children learn best through active exploration and purposeful play. Our classrooms are thoughtfully designed with engaging play centers that encourage creativity, problem-solving, movement, communication, and social development. Learning experiences include:

Children explore dedicated learning spaces including art, blocks, dramatic play, music, science and sensory activities, manipulatives, and library centers—all carefully designed to support developmental growth in fun and meaningful ways.
Cross View's ECC offers flexible programming options for families, including:
- Full-day, year-round care for children ages 6 weeks through 5 years
- Full-time and part-time enrollment options for children 16 months and older (based on availability)
- A school-age summer camp program for children in Kindergarten through 4th grade
Hours
Monday–Friday
7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
We encourage families to begin the registration process by scheduling a tour to experience the Cross View Early Childhood Center firsthand and meet our caring staff. To apply, families complete an application and submit a non-refundable $50 application fee. If an opening is available, we will continue with registration and send a confirmation letter, start date information, and required registration and health forms; if no openings are currently available, families will be placed on a waiting list and contacted when the next spot becomes available. Before a child begins, an orientation meeting with the family will also be scheduled to help ensure a smooth and welcoming transition into the program.

What ages do you serve?
We welcome children from 6 weeks to 5 years old all year round. We also offer a summer program for kids in kindergarten through 4th grade.

Do you accept part-time students?
Yes! Toddlers and preschoolers can enroll for 2, 3, or 4 days a week.
What are your hours?
We’re open Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
When are you closed?
We close for major holidays, staff training, and a week at Christmas. Our annual calendar comes out in August and included exact dates off.
What’s included in tuition?
