Custodian (Part-Time, Weekends)
Cross View has an immediate opening for a part-time weekend custodian. As custodian, you will provide support in all areas of maintenance and care, ensuring our facility remains clean, safe, and welcoming for staff, guests, and events. This position requires flexibility to work weekend hours, primarily Fridays and Saturday.
The Custodian will be responsible for the following:
- Maintain the cleanliness of a large facility, including general and detailed cleaning.
- Support church and external events, including set-ups and teardowns.
- Maintain flooring and carpeting throughout the facilities by vacuuming and using an extractor.
- Assist with exterior grounds care, including winter snow removal, in designated areas.
- Attend to the stocking of paper products and supplies in restroom areas.
Professional and Spiritual Expectations:
- Educational requirements: high school diploma/GED
- Experience required: 6 months of custodial experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of general custodial care.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Flexibility for weekend work.
