Cross View Early Childhood Center has openings for School Age Care (SAC) “Summer Camp” this summer in our licensed school-age program. Program dates are June 8 through August 27, 2026, with a minimum enrollment of four weeks. 

The SAC program serves students in Kindergarten through 4th grade with three, four or five day care options. SAC students spend a lot of time outdoors and enjoy fun activities throughout the summer, including external field trips. 

If you are interested in enrolling your child, please email tania@crossview.net so we can send you a registration packet and additional program information. Also, feel free to share this information with others you know that are looking for summer care for their school-age children. We look forward to a fun and enriching summer with our school-age students!
 

Wrestling with God: Interpreting Difficult Old Testament Passages
 

The Old Testament is difficult to understand. How can the vengeful, angry God of the Old Testament be the same as the comforting, loving God of the New Testament?

How can these old narratives of death, revenge, and morally wrong choices guide you as a Christian? This study will guide you through the Old Testament to understand difficult and overlooked idea like violence in the book of Joshua, Israelite Sexual Laws, God’s Change of Mind as well as His Suffering. These and many more topics will be discussed and taught.
 

Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:30am in the Sanctuary from June 21 – August 2, 2026. Taught by Pastor Reed.  Online available.
 

Come and get to know others in the same stage of life at TNT through Bible study and time hanging out together! Locations vary, but during the summers, events will be held from 6:00 – 7:30 pm. The next planned event is Wednesday July 22.  We'll meet for lunch or dinner and volunteer at FMSC.

Y'All Come Choir  – Calling for Participants

Cross View will have another “y’all come” choir. This year’s offering will be multi-generational, for everyone, regardless of age or musical background. The core music in the service will be familiar hymns, embellished with random handbell ringing and canons (rounds).

One of the hymns (LSB540 "Christ the Word of God Incarnate") will provide a summary of our summer worship series on Jesus’ “I Am” statements, with individual children reading one of the “I Am” passages before each verse. Musical leaders will be in the midst of the group to support everyone (singing or ringing).

EVERYONE (children, parents, grandparents, relatives, friends, neighbors) is encouraged to participate in this communal worship activity to “make a joyful noise unto the LORD!” (Psalm 100:1) 

The rehearsal will take place on Wednesday, July 29, 6:30 – 7:30 pm in the Cross View sanctuary, singing at the 8:15 am service on Sunday, August 2.

Friday Morning Men's Bible Study on Apologetics - Offsite at Chick-Fil-A/Eden Prairie Starting September 11, 2026

Beginning September 11th, the Friday Morning Men's Bible study group will begin a new eight-to-ten-week study and discussion of Apologetics (the defense of the Christian Faith). We will be using Lee Strobel's book, "A Case for Faith,” as the foundation for our studies. Join us together as we strive to grow in our faith and strengthen our ability to defend and share our faith. We meet at Chick-Fil-A in Eden Prairie from 7:00–8:00AM each Friday morning.
