Spring 2025 Events

Renew, Refresh, Rejoice! is a gathering of Cross View women and their friends to enjoy food, fellowship, Bible study and lunch out. We’ll meet on-site in the Great Commission Room and then have lunch at The Tavern on France.

Each year we include an outreach to a local charity and this year we are conducting a bedding drive for "Sleep In Heavenly Peace" which is an organization that builds twin-sized beds for kids who don’t have a bed of their own. A SIHP representative will make a short presentation at our event and receive the bedding donations that have been gathered during the month of April. If you would like to donate toward the bedding drive, see the Giving Trees in the lobby.

When: Saturday, April 26, 2025 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

1 TIMOTHY: USING YOUR GIFTS TO BUILD UP HIS CHURCH

Please join this study drawing from Crossways and other resources.

This Bible study will explore 1st Timothy for four weeks. It will help you connect to this letter from Paul. The book of Timothy was known as Paul’s pastoral letter that was intended to give guidance to the young Pastor, who Paul referred to as my “son”.

Roy Campen will teach this class that runs from April 27 - May 18, 2025, in the Fellowship Hall.  This will be onsite only.

This study, led by Pastor Reed, intersects with our Easter Season Series. All are invited to study a number of psalms that address our fear of people, the future, sudden reversals, and the like.

Sundays, April 27 - June 1, 2025, 9:30 – 10:30 AM in the Sanctuary taught by Pastor Reed.  Onsite and online.

Embracing Christ's Love: Using Kindness to Combat Bullying Workshop - April 27, 2025

On Sunday, April 27 from 6:00 – 7:30 pm, Joshua Neumann, founder of Kind Lips, will host a workshop for children and youth (ages second through twelfth grade) with their families on how to respond to bullying.

The first 45 minutes will be the presentation followed by a Q & A session. From 7:00 – 7:30 Mr. Neumann will meet with seventh through twelfth grade youths and parents for a deeper discussion. Children in sixth grade and under will have a separate activity during this time.
