Ephesians: John Mackay, the former president of Princeton Seminary, said that Ephesians is “theology set to music.” Ephesians was John Calvin’s favorite book of the Bible. Martin Luther held that, while Romans is the purest expression of the Gospel, Ephesians is the most sublime because it so eloquently reminds us of our new identity in Christ. From September 15 through October 20, Pastor Lessing will be teaching from this marvelous book. The study will be held in the Sanctuary.
